Safety
Yes. Helmet use is mandatory at all times while riding an E-Wheels scooter.
Yes, when ridden responsibly and in accordance with traffic laws. Riders must follow all safety instructions.
No. Riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication is strictly prohibited.
Stop riding immediately and notify E-Wheels Experience. Local authorities should be contacted if required.
Scooters carry third-party liability insurance only. Personal injury and misuse are not covered.
Bookings & Reservations
Yes. All tours and rentals must be booked and paid for in advance.
Yes, we place a pre-authorization hold of $300 on your credit card before your rental begins. Don't worry—this is not an actual charge! It simply reserves the funds temporarily as a security measure.
Once you return the scooter in great condition, the hold is automatically released. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the hold to disappear from your statement.
This deposit helps protect both you and us, ensuring a worry-free experience for everyone.
No-shows are non-refundable.
E-Wheels Experience is not responsible for missed cruise departures or itinerary changes.
Cancellation policies are shown during the booking process.
Yes. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver is required before booking.
We have a fleet of 8 e-scooters available per day. For larger groups, please contact us in advance to ensure availability.
You are responsible for any damage to the scooter during your rental. Repair charges include:
• Broken Fender: $20
• Broken Mirror: $25
• Punctured Tire: $60
• Broken Brake Lever: $35
• Damaged Lights: $30
• Scratched Body Panel: $40
• Damaged Seat: $50
Additionally, a Loss of Use fee of $60 per day applies for each day the scooter cannot be rented due to repairs. This covers our lost rental income while the scooter is being repaired.

Tour Information
Guided tours include a tour leader who provides direction and information. Self-guided tours are independent and allow you to explore at your own pace. Riders are responsible for their own conduct in both cases.

Tour duration depends on the selected experience and is listed during booking.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
In case of heavy rain or storms, we'll contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.
Special Destination & Self-Guided Tours
Self-guided tours allow you to explore at your own pace using suggested routes and destinations.
No. Routes are suggestions only. Riders are responsible for navigation and compliance with traffic laws.
No. Riders are fully responsible for time management and returning on schedule.
No. Off-road and beach riding are strictly prohibited.
General Information (About the Scooter)
You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
No. Only one rider per scooter is allowed.
No. Only the registered rider may operate the scooter.
Yes. All scooters are equipped with GPS tracking for safety and recovery.
No. Scooters are supplied with sufficient charge for the booked experience.
Our e-scooters have a maximum speed of approximately 25-30 km/h.
We recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable closed-toe shoes, a camera, and water.
